Dear OGMS School Community,

We will soon begin the important process of selecting a new principal for OGMS. As we look ahead, we are committed to ensuring that the voices of our families and community members help guide this decision. Your insight into the skills, qualities, and leadership characteristics that will best serve our students and staff are both valued and appreciated.

To gather your feedback, we invite you to attend a community meeting on Thursday, February 26th, from 6:00–7:00 PM in the OGMS Library. During this meeting, you will have the opportunity to share your input and learn more about the principal hiring process and next steps.
